Pools and the beach
Two pools, a boardwalk over the dunes, and beach access that's private to resort guests. Sea turtles nest along this stretch in season.
Sunrise over the Atlantic, coffee in hand.
A one-bedroom condo at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis, about 300 steps from Folly Field beach and right beside one of the largest beachside pools on the island.
Second floor · About 500 sq ft · East-facing balcony
Open the sliding door and you hear the waves. The balcony looks over the marsh, the resort's big pool and out to the Atlantic, and because it faces east, the sun comes up right in front of you. Only a few condos in the resort can say that.
Inside, the open kitchen, dining table for six and living room share one bright space. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking, with a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for the early risers. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board, towels, sand toys and a wagon are waiting by the door.
Distances are approximate and come from your hosts.
Who it's for
The beach and pool are close enough for nap-time trips back to the condo. Kids get their own bunk beds, there's a shaded playground on site, and guests mention fun events by the pool every day. Couples love the quiet evenings on the balcony just as much.
"You couldn't be closer to the beach or pool access. This is a huge plus if you have small children. Our kids loved the bunk beds."

Sleeping arrangements
This is a cozy condo of about 500 square feet. It sleeps up to 6, but it's most comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids, and even that feels snug. With 6 it will be cramped. The bunks fit kids or shorter adults. We'd rather you know before you book.

Queen bed, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, closet and dresser.

Built-in bunk beds sized for kids or shorter adults.

Sleeper sofa with a 4" memory foam mattress.
